    Eat it, work it, share it challenge

    Welcome to the 7 day eat, work it, share it challenge.

    30 minute walk, 30 min run, 30 min stretch/yoga. Thankful for more time on Sundays!!

    Worked out in my new garage gym -


    4 x 8, 20 second boxing


    4 x 10 goblet squats (35lbs)

    4 x 10 push ups

    4 x 10 bicep curl

    4 x 12 tricep dip

    4 x 50 sit ups (15 lbs)

    4 x 15 burpees


    No gym, no problem!
