Worked out in my new garage gym -
4 x 8, 20 second boxing
4 x 10 goblet squats (35lbs)
4 x 10 push ups
4 x 10 bicep curl
4 x 12 tricep dip
4 x 50 sit ups (15 lbs)
4 x 15 burpees
No gym, no problem!
Arugula with veggies & tiny bit of goat cheese and salmon for lunch! Yummy
