Hi! I'm Emily, the founder of Chaston Health Coaching. I started this business to help women find the healthiest, happiest, most confident versions of themselves. I believe that being healthy looks and feels different for every person, which is why health coaching is so valuable.
I am all about meaningful, authentic, honest conversations about health and lifestyle. My mission is to help women realize their health potential while overcoming the barriers that have gotten in the way in the past.
I believe that there is no single way to live a healthy lifestyle. And that living healthy can be fun - it's not all gym sessions and salads. I help my clients learn what their healthiest lifestyle looks like and how to get there.

For years I was unhappy with the way I looked and my overall body composition. I was willing to try any diet or exercise plan that promised results. But ultimately every strategy I tried failed - leaving me feeling hopeless, guilty, and disappointed. I resorted to unhealthy, disordered eating and exercise habits and became obsessed with my weight on the scale. I was physically, mentally, and emotionally exhausted and fed up.
When I discovered health coaching I realized that there is so much more to health than diet and exercise. It's a journey that involves learning about yourself, your habits, and what you value.
I am a certified personal trainer and health coach with a Master's degree in public health and 6+ years of experience in the health and wellness industry. I am a Boston Marathon qualifier and have competed in more than 10 marathons in the last 8 years. I have helped clients ages 20 to 75 realize their healthiest lifestyle and start living it!
